Description
“Kam III” is the most popular beach on Maui’s Kihei coast, whether it’s for activities like snorkeling, swimming, and boogie boarding, or for chilling out with some of Hawaii’s most spectacular sunsets.This condo lies just across the street from Kamaole III Beach in Kihei, Maui.
The Space
- This recently updated unit has one bedroom and two restrooms. Besides the king-sized bed in the master bedroom suite, an open kitchen-living area has a queen pullout sofa and a queen-size Murphy bed to sleep a total of six people.
- The second restroom lies just inside the entrance. The bedding is Tommy Bahama, with cool colors and soft, luxurious comfort.
- The condo lies on the 2nd floor, and its balcony features a view of the ocean and welcomes cooling breezes. Its four-top table is a great place to eat outside and relax.
- The kitchen has a four-seat bar. It is fully stocked, with a Keurig coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher.
- A beach buggy, towels, and chairs are provided to help you enjoy your many trips to the beach.
- Business travelers will find a desk chair, extra monitor, and high-speed Internet throughout the condo.
Additional Information
- Please remember that you need to swing by the Front Office and check in first before going to the unit.
- Beach items are located in the lanai closet. The key is hanging on the key holder by the desk.
- Parking Spot: 201 ; Park only in the numbered stall assigned to your unit. There are designated Visitor stalls for your visitors. Citations, vehicle boots, and towing are used to address illegally parked vehicles.
- Please know that you will need to supply your own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. Starter supplies are provided.
- There are plenty of extra sheets for the sofa and Murphy bed they are located in the drawer beneath the Murphy bed and there may be also some below the TV console. Also, there's extra blankets in the master closet and one beneath the Murphy bed too.
- For stays of 38 nights or more, we are able to split your payments into multiple payments so that you do not have to pay for the entire amount upfront. Please contact us for more information on this.
